| If your hard disk crashes or a similar problem occurs, you may need to relicense the software. In your original installation you should have created a backup copy of your 'jvision*.lic'. You will need that file for this procedure. If you have lost that file, please send email to relicense@object-insight.com and we will issue you an unlock code that you can use. |
