If your hard disk crashes or a similar problem occurs, you may need to relicense the software. In your original installation you should have created a backup copy of your 'jvision*.lic'. You will need that file for this procedure. If you have lost that file, please send email to relicense@object-insight.com and we will issue you an unlock code that you can use.

  1. When the first JVISION startup screen appears, you will see buttons for "FaxPurchase" and "Relicense".

    Click the "Relicense" button


  2. The Relicense Wizard appears

    Click the "Next" button, assuming you have saved your proof of purchase file


  3. Navigate to where you saved your proof of purchase file

    Click the "Open" button


  4. You should see the following screen below:
