Go to Construct | Service... in the menu bar, or click the Construct service
icon on the toolbar. When the cursor changes from a simple arrow to a circle with a line through it, click on the class to which you would like to add a sevice. You can also click the right mouse button on a class to which you want to add an association, and then select select
Construct | Service...
