Go to View | Layers.... You can select show or hide for attributes, services, types, inheritance, implements, and relationships.
This will apply to the entire diagram you are currently working on.

You can do the same thing using the icons on the toolbar. The icons are for attribute, services, types, inheritance, implements, and relations, respectively.
