Where it says Nick name: type in a nickname for yourself. Where it says Name and Organization, type in your full name and organization, respectively.
This information will be displayed on diagrams that you print, as well as in the documentation.
NOTE:: This is slightly different from setting your identity in the Preferences.
The identity that is set in the Preferences is the global, default identity used by JVISION. All new diagrams will default to the identity set in the Preferences. However, by going to
Edit | Properties... | Identity you can change the identity used for the current diagram.
