Select any presentation options you want.  The default settings are shown below.

These changes will take effect on new diagrams only. Any diagrams open while making these changees will NOT reflect the changes. To apply the changes to currently opened diagrams, right mouse click a blank area in the Diagram Painter and select Edit | Preferences... and click the “Default” button in the dialog that appears.
 

For example, disable Use Stereotypes, enable Supress missing compartments, enable Display fully qualified class name in the above dialog.  Then turn off the display of attributes and services for the diagrams by using the JVISION toolbar. This will create a diagram that only displays class names.
