When you right mouse click on a line, the following menu options appear:
 

This is the first level of menus that appear when you right mouse click on a use case in the Diagram Painter.  Menu items with a triangle next to it indicates submenus.

• Custom Color:
  This option will let you change the color of the use case in the Diagram Painter.
   

Edit

• Rename:
  You can change the actor’s name (i.e., label) by selecting this option.
   
• Text:
  This options allows you to type a use case description or any comment about the use case. When you have a description set, the use case will have a marker around it.
   
• Remove:
  This option will remove the use case from the diagram.
