When you right mouse click on a note, the following menu options appear:

This is the first level of menus that appear when you right mouse click on a blank area in the Use Case Diagram Painter. Menu items with a triangle next to it indicates submenus.
- Custom Color:
This option will let you change the color of the selected note in the Diagram Painter.

Edit
|
- Text:
This option will let you change the notes content in the text editor.
- Remove:
This option will remove the note from the diagram.

Style
You can change the pattern of the selected line between the three options given. See the Use Case Diagram Notations or the Class Diagram Notations help pages for more detail.
