Home / Sequence Diagrams / Step 2: Change Settings

Change the Diagram settings. Do this by:

First, open the Diagram Properties dialog by selecting Edit | Properties... from the menu bar, or select Edit | Properties...
by clicking the right mouse button on on a blank area of the Diagram Painter.

|
Second, click the “Notation” tab in the Properties dialog, and change settings to match following picture.
|
|
The setting does not have to be exactly same as above. However, please be sure that:
- “Use stereotype” is disabled
- “Suppress missing compartments” is enabled
- “Display fully qualified class name” is enabled
|
|
Go to View | Layers (or use icons on toolbar) and hide attributes, services, inheritance, implementations, and relations, if they are not hidden.
