When working with a class diagram, there will be a second toolbar that appears beneath the Class Diagram toolbar, called the Layout toolbar.  The following is a description of the icons found on the Layout toolbar.
 

From left to right…

• Set filter
• Attributes on/off
• Services on/off
• Types on/off
• Inheritance on/off
• Implements on/off
• Relations on/off
