As you already know Object Insight has been in the software development process industry for more than four years. Our consultancy services have provided training and consultation on UML, Unified Process for many companies. Object Insight has also introduced the award winning UML tool - JVISION to the marketand most of the leading companies in the industry use JVISION.
This experience has led us to develop our own flexible and lean unified process, the "OI Process", to deliver our projects on time and on budget. The "OI Process" follows an iterative approach that builds quality control into each of the four phases of the project development cycle.
